*ABOUT US*
We are a large GP-led primary care group serving approximately 77,000 patients across Greater Glasgow, Lanarkshire and Forth Valley.
Managing healthcare at this scale generates vast amounts of information, but data only becomes valuable when it is transformed into meaningful insight and action. We are creating a new Performance & Intelligence role to help us better understand how our organisation performs, identify opportunities for improvement, and support better decision-making across all aspects of the organisation, from patient access and workforce planning to chronic disease management, prescribing, data quality and service delivery.
This is an opportunity to work directly with GP Partners, the Senior Management Team and colleagues across the organisation, influencing strategy, supporting service development and helping shape the future direction of one of Scotland's largest primary care organisations.
*THE ROLE *
This newly created role sits at the heart of the organisation and will provide the intelligence, analysis and insight needed to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Working closely with GP Partners, the Senior Management Team and operational and clinical colleagues, you will analyse how the organisation performs across a wide range of services and functions, identifying trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
You will transform complex data into meaningful information that supports better patient care, improved operational performance, and more effective use of resources.
This is not simply a reporting role. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, understands how organisations work, and can use data to drive meaningful change.
