You work with our customers to find tasks an AI agent could do for their staff, then you build those agents and keep them running. Delivery is most of our work today, and you would take it on with Alex Chicote, who leads it now.

What you'd do
- Spend one or two days a week at customers' offices, learning how their teams work and where their time goes.
- Turn what you learn into requirements, then build the agents on our platform: connecting the customer's CRM, email and meeting notes, and the channels their staff already use, such as WhatsApp.
- Run the first two to three months with each new customer, while we connect their systems and write down how the firm works.
- Keep your agents working after launch and improve them as people use them. At an FCA-regulated wealth manager, advisers send a WhatsApp voice note and the agent writes the CRM record.
- Hand anything a second customer needs to the platform, so it becomes part of the product, and help decide what we build next.
What we look for
- You have worked directly with clients, in consulting or at a software company.
- You can build software. You write Python or TypeScript, or you have shipped enough code to learn them quickly.
- You explain technical choices in plain language. Our customers don't want to hear about APIs.
- You have supported something you built after it went live.
- Also useful: a second European language, or working knowledge of GDPR.
What we put behind you.
No limit on model spend We pay for your AI model usage with no monthly limit.
Share options Early hires get share options in the company.
Work with the founders You work directly with both founders. There is no product manager, and you decide much of your own work.
London and on site We are based in London, and we work at customers’ offices when the work needs it.
