  • A love of problem-solving, resilience, and thinking like an owner
  • Bonus points for data or analytics experience, or a relevant degree

  • Engage with execs: Sell to everyone from ICs to the C-suite—honing your storytelling for both technical and business audiences.
  • Grow fast: Crush your goals and you’ll have multiple paths forward—Account Executive, Account Manager, Solutions Engineer—you name it.
  • Go beyond the screen: Represent Alation at in-person events and industry gatherings.
