Responsibilities
- Manage remote and on‑site assessment processes, ensuring tests and interviews progress as planned and any changes are rapidly addressed.
- Schedule tests and interviews for a range of roles across the business.
- Manage the diary for our interview room suite, ensuring bookings are correct and rooms remain presentable.
- Serve as a super user for our applicant tracking system Workday and CRM HubSpot, acting as first‑line support for the TA team.
- Deliver an elite candidate experience, ensuring seamless onsite and remote interviewing experiences.
- Act as the face of the Talent Acquisition team for candidates and interviewers, providing exposure to stakeholders across the company.
- Perform ad‑hoc project work for the TA team.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Proactive approach with an ability to build relationships and influence.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and elevate issues as necessary.
- Eye for spotting inefficiencies and improving processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with ATS and CRM systems is a plus.
