G-Research in London is seeking a Senior Benefits Operations Coordinator to own the delivery of employee benefits, drive governance, and optimise vendor management across our HR platforms. You will lead benefits administration, support projects, improve reporting and controls, and partner with HRIS, Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate, scalable operations and an outstanding employee experience.

You will collaborate across teams to implement best practices, maintain data integrity, and deliver.
