The People Operations team is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, maintaining the integrity of core people data and overseeing the systems that enable our people operations processes. As a highly collaborative function, the team partners closely with People Technology, Payroll, Reward and HR Business Partner teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Key responsibilities for the role:- Supporting the management of the entire employee lifecycle, including movers, leavers and organisational updates.
- Championing HR systems and self‑service adoption to drive efficiency and data accuracy.
- Delivering a high‑quality transactional HR service with consistent guidance and accurate administration.
- Managing HR ticketing systems and inboxes to ensure timely resolution, transparency and strong customer engagement.
- Monitoring trends in employee queries, escalating complex issues, and providing insights to improve service delivery and employee experience.
- Producing service metrics activity logs and reporting to support continuous improvement.
- Partnering with the wider People team to align on best practices and deliver a consistent employee experience.
- Supporting visa and immigration processes in line with legal and company requirements.
- Managing third‑party vendors to resolve HR issues effectively.
- Drafting and issuing employee documentation in line with company standards and compliance obligations.
- Supporting People Operations Reward and Benefits projects with cyclical processes as required.
- Previous HR Shared Service or People Operations experience.
- Previous experience with JML process management, ideally with Workday.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
- The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities in fast‑paced environments.
