We are currently recruiting for an experienced Group Ethical Compliance & Auditing Manager to join a large, fast-paced and highly regulated manufacturing business operating across multiple UK sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a compliance-focused HR/Compliance professional to take ownership of ethical employment standards, immigration compliance and auditing processes within a complex, people-intensive environment.
Reporting into the Group HR Director, you will act as the central point of expertise for ethical and regulatory compliance, supporting site HR teams while driving consistency, governance and best practice across the wider business.
The Role
- Leading all ethical and immigration compliance activity across the Group
- Managing sponsorship and Right to Work processes end-to-end
- Maintaining accurate and audit-ready records relating to sponsored workers
- Coordinating external reporting and regulatory submissions
- Supporting and advising site HR teams on compliance-related matters
- Conducting regular audits across multiple sites
- Monitoring contractual changes, renewals, starters and leavers
- Delivering guidance and training to HR teams on compliance and best practice
- Supporting the continuous improvement of policies, procedures and governance frameworks
About You
- Experience within HR compliance, governance, ethical auditing or regulatory environments
- Strong knowledge of Right to Work, sponsorship and employment compliance processes
- Experience operating within manufacturing, FMCG, food production or other regulated industries
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidence managing complex data and systems
- The ability to work independently while supporting multiple sites and stakeholders
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
