We are currently looking to recruit a Mobile PPM Facilities Engineer to join our team.
This is a mobile role covering commercial sites around the M4 Corridor , South West and towards Birmingham, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a varied portfolio of client properties.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Organise and deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), including electrical and mechanical tasks, in line with the agreed maintenance planner, such as emergency lighting testing, fire alarm testing, water temperature checks, and filter changes.
- Carry out general plumbing maintenance and repairs, including pipework, fitting and replacing taps, repairing leaks, installing and maintaining sanitaryware, and other associated plumbing tasks as required.
- Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults and complete both planned and reactive plumbing works.
- Install, repair, and maintain water systems and associated pipework in commercial properties.
- Ensure PPM compliance is maintained, with all certification and maintenance frequencies completed in line with the planner.
- Provide reactive maintenance support across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines as required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Work safely at all times, demonstrating a good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
- Travel between client sites as part of this mobile role, covering the area between Newport and Swindon. What We're Looking For
- A solid all-rounder with experience in commercial FM or building maintenance.
- A recognised plumbing qualification (e. g. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing) is essential.
- Experience carrying out general plumbing works, including pipework, tap fitting, plumbing repairs, sanitaryware installation, leak detection, and general maintenance.
- Basic electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

- Up to £35,000 depending on experience.
- 40-hour working week.
- First 30 minutes' travel each way unpaid; all travel thereafter is paid.
- Company van with private use.
- 21 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
- Company pension (3% employer / 5% employee).
- Call-out rota of 1 in 8 with a standby allowance of £150.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x standard hourly rates
