The Role As HR Manager, you will lead a small HR team and take responsibility for delivering a proactive, visible and effective HR service across a large manufacturing site employing several hundred colleagues.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team, line managers and operational colleagues to support people performance, engagement, employee relations and the future people strategy for the site.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small HR team.
Provide practical HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
Manage employee relations matters confidently and fairly.
Support and drive a positive people culture across the site.
Partner with senior leaders to support operational performance.
Ensure HR policies, procedures and best practices are implemented consistently.
About You We are keen to speak with HR professionals who have experience operating within food manufacturing, FMCG or another fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will be a confident, approachable and visible HR leader who enjoys building relationships, developing people and making a real impact on the factory floor.
Previous experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional.
Strong employee relations knowledge and experience.
Experience leading or mentoring an HR team.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will be CIPD level 5 qualified or above What's on Offer Negotiable Salary Comprehensive benefits package.
