The Company is a UK based FM company that delivers 24/7/365 maintenance throughout the UK supported by our regional office network. We deliver engineering excellence across a wide range of buildings, including hospitality venues, grocers, health care, educational establishments, Government buildings, and commercial properties.
The Role involves being responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant and associated mechanical services, including AHUs, FCUs, and expansion vessels across various commercial buildings covering the South East between Uxbridge, Welwyn, Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes, Wallington, Crawley, and Redhill. You will predominantly work on commercial heating plant, although you will still be required to carry out general PPMs.
The Person must be an experienced heating engineer, having worked in a commercial maintenance capacity and possess current commercial gas tickets.
Salary is £48k - £55k depending on experience, with 30 minutes travel each way unpaid, but any travel after that is paid. Additional benefits include private use of a van, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme with contributions of 3%/5%. The call-out rota is 1 in 8, with a standby allowance of £150. The position requires a 40-hour week, with overtime rates of x1.5 and x2.
