We’re partnering with a well-established, family-run distributor of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment to recruit a Project Administrator for their growing UK team. With over 40 years in the industry and an annual turnover of £8M–£10M, this business is renowned for its exceptional customer service, product expertise, and strong supplier relationships. They serve mechanical and electrical contractors and HVAC professionals nationwide, offering a flexible, responsive service within a supportive, family-style culture.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established off-site fabrication division that is set for continued growth. As Project Administrator, you will act as the key support link between design, engineering teams, clients, and subcontractors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Maintaining and updating internal systems
- Coordinating administrative processes across multiple stakeholders
- Using Microsoft Office Suite and a bespoke CRM system to manage workflows
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
- Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Pension: 3% employer / 5% employee
- Holidays: 20 days annual leave (rising 1 extra per year worked to 25) + your birthday off + statutory holidays
