We are recruiting a client side Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a mixed use commercial, retail and residential property portfolio. This hands on role spans Hard FM, Soft FM, Building Management, Security Management and Compliance, delivering high quality Facilities Management services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Hard FM, Soft FM, Building Management and 24/7 Security teams
- Manage PPM, reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, Health of house and building operations
- Support budgets, procurement, service charge, cost control and supplier performance
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, tenants, residents, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Drive service delivery, operational excellence, sustainability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement
About You
- Background in Facilities Management, ideally multi site FM or estate management role
- Experience across Hard FM and Soft FM service delivery
- Strong people manager with experience leading in house teams and outsourced service providers
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
