The Role: You will be responsible for the maintenance of a healthcare facility in Edinburgh. You will carry out basic Electrical/Mechanical building services, plumbing, fabric work and general site PPM's (tap temperatures, emergency light tests).
The Person: It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and have a good all round knowledge of building services maintenance. The part time hours are flexible to suit a person's availability up to 24 hours. Days and hours are also flexible. You will need a part Electrical or Mechanical qualification or equivalent to be suitable for this role.
The Salary: Salary is up to 33,000 Pro Rata (15.87 per hour) + OT + 25 days holiday pro rata and 3%/5% pension.
