This is your chance to take ownership of a high-performing team and play a vital role in delivering quality products efficiently and safely.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading a team in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring KPIs and production targets are consistently met
- Running daily shift briefs, allocating tasks, and supporting team development
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement across performance, quality, and safety
- Managing absence, engagement, and overall team welfare
- Identifying and coaching talent to build capability within the team
- Challenging behaviours and decisions where needed to maintain high operational standards
- Monitoring budgets and controlling costs efficiently
- Proven supervisory or management experience within a food or FMCG manufacturing environment
- Skilled in motivating teams and getting the best from individuals
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changeable environment
- A good understanding of cost control, pest control management, and food safety
