We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Shift Manager to join our friendly and dedicated production team. You’ll be reporting to the Production Manager and playing a key role in keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently – no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and motivating your team to hit daily production targets
  • Making sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and to a high standard
  • Supporting your team with coaching, training, and performance reviews
  • Championing a positive working environment and strong team culture
  • Identifying areas for improvement and helping drive change
  • Collaborating with other departments like Quality, Maintenance, and Planning
  • Ensuring all health & safety guidelines are followed to the highest standard

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Shift Manager (or similar role) in manufacturing or FMCG
  • A confident, approachable leader with great communication skills
  • A hands-on problem solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement (a big plus)
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern, including nights/weekends
