The Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Night Shift Production Manager will take full ownership of all production operations during the night shift. This is a key leadership role requiring immediate impact, structure, and energy. You will play a pivotal role in:
- Leading and motivating the night shift production team to deliver against KPIs
- Ensuring all safety, quality, and efficiency standards are upheld
- Collaborating with other departments to maximise site-wide performance
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
- Supporting the long-term growth and development of the business
The Person
We are looking for a hands-on and driven leader with:
- Proven experience managing teams in a food manufacturing environment (an experienced supervisor ready for a step up will also be considered)
- A strong understanding of production KPIs and how to positively influence them
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills
- A passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Food manufacturing experience is highly desirable, though strong candidates from similar industries will also be considered
