Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an inspirational Production Manager to lead their AM shift and drive performance across a busy manufacturing operation.
The Role Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the AM production shift (6:30am 3:00pm), ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating and developing production teams to deliver outstanding performance.
Driving productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement across the shift.
Managing labour planning and resources to maximise operational performance.
Reducing downtime, waste and production losses.
Monitoring and delivering KPIs relating to safety, quality, cost, service and people.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP and health
