PPM / General Maintenance Operative – Commercial FM Covering East, South and Central London £37,000 Base Salary plus OT at x 1.5 & x 2 + Paid Travel What You’ll Be Doing: * Carrying out planned maintenance on electrical & mechanical systems * L8 tap temperature checks, fire alarm & emergency lighting tests * Reactive maintenance including basic plumbing, joinery & building fabric repairs * Working across a mixed portfolio of commercial and leisure sites.
