The Company: A group of construction and mechanical & electrical (M&E) businesses. The group has a turnover of approximately £450 million and operates across the UK, delivering high-quality services to a diverse range of commercial clients. The Role: Based out of the Leeds office, you will be responsible for the planning / scheduling of all small construction projects (joinery, plumbing, electrical services, roofing, plastering), using directly employed staff and sub-contractors. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance levels are met & clients receive a timely and professional service. Must have experience of using a CAFM system / maintenance planning software and experience within an helpdesk or scheduling / planning environment. Salary: Up to £30,000, 20 days plus bank holidays, 3%/5% pension
