Lifecycle Manager – PFI/PPP Contracts Hybrid | Midlands & Southern UK | £58,000–£62,000 + Electric Car/Allowance + Benefits An established FM service provider is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Manager to oversee lifecycle planning and delivery across a portfolio of UK-based PFI/PPP contracts. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home, regional offices, and regular site visits. About the Role This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in facilities management, asset lifecycle planning, and PFI contract compliance. You’ll lead the development of lifecycle strategies, coordinate with FM site teams and SPVs, and ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations and long-term asset performance. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term lifecycle plans * Assess survey data and align with lifecycle requirements * Submit lifecycle updates and payment applications to SPVs * Collaborate with FM and Project Managers to ensure delivery of lifecycle works * Oversee asset management and ensure accurate data capture * Monitor lifecycle fund usage and ensure strategic, compliant spend * Plan ahead for asset replacement (e.g. boilers), CDM regulations, and O&M documentation * Prepare for contract handback and ensure readiness * Support forecasting, reporting, and dispute resolution with commercial teams Geographic Scope * Coverage includes sites across Bristol, Somerset, Crawley, Camden, Bromsgrove * Contracts range from 4.5 to 20 years remaining.
