We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join the Projects Team within a leading Facilities Management provider. This is an excellent opportunity to work on varied projects across commercial, education, and light industrial sectors, with a benefits package that sets the standard in the industry.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM and project works
- Manage budgets and financial forecasting for multiple projects
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor management
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements
- Support project managers with cost control and reporting
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within FM or construction
- Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software
- Full UK driving licence
