We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join the Projects Team within a leading Facilities Management provider. This is an excellent opportunity to work on varied projects across commercial, education, and light industrial sectors, with a benefits package that sets the standard in the industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM and project works
  • Manage budgets and financial forecasting for multiple projects
  • Oversee procurement and subcontractor management
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements
  • Support project managers with cost control and reporting
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within FM or construction
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills

  • Full UK driving licence
