The Role Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will take responsibility for leading a production team, ensuring the daily production plan is achieved safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating and developing your production team Delivering production plans on time, in full and to specification Driving KPIs including OEE, yield, waste, productivity and plan attainment Managing labour planning, attendance, performance and engagement Ensuring food safety, HACCP, GMP and health
