Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are recruiting for a confident and proactive HR Advisor to join a growing and well-established business in the East Riding of Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy HR team supporting a large operational workforce during a period of continued investment and growth.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, building strong relationships across the business, and working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

The Role

As HR Advisor, you will provide day-to-day support and guidance to managers across a wide range of employee relations matters, while helping to drive engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

  • Advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
  • Supporting investigations and employee relations casework
  • Coaching managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Assisting with HR reporting, KPIs and people data
  • Supporting ethical audits and compliance activity
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects across the HR function

About You

We are looking for a resilient and people-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will ideally have:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification, or CIPD Level 3 with a desire to work towards Level 5
  • Previous experience within a busy HR environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence dealing with challenging situations and stakeholders
  • A proactive and adaptable approach
  • FMCG or manufacturing experience would be advantageous
