The Company: Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies, T/O c£100m, who design, install and maintain commercial M&E services.
The Role: You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services for commercial office space, data centres and gyms in the Yorkshire region. You will also carry out small electrical installations, (moving sockets, replacing lighting) and first line mechanical maintenance, including AHUs, FCUs, general plumbing, filter changes and tap temps.
The Person: It is essential that you are a fully qualified electrician with C&G 2391 or 2394/5.
The Salary: Basic for 40 hours - £41,766.40 with door to door travel paid at time and a half after 8 hours. 23 days holidays + stats + 4%/4% pension O/T rates of x 1.5 (£30.12) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (£40.16) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday. Company van and fuel card - no private use. 50 hours per week including travel equates to £57,428.80 as all travel is paid.
