The Company: Maintenance division of a northern based specialist contractor who design, install and maintain Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems. The business has grown significantly over the last 4 years and has been successful in winning long term framework agreements with the public sector and end user commercial and manufacturing clients. T/O is c£12m. The Role: You will be be covering the Midlands area from Stafford to Worcester as a mobile service and maintenance engineer, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance of predominantly VRF\'s, VRV\'s and chiller cabinets across commercial and retail businesses (e.g dentists, restaurants and offices). As the company are a specialist air-conditioning contractor, you will ONLY be working on air conditioning and you will NOT carry out wider, more general facilities maintenance such as plumbing, building fabric or basic electrical work. The normal working week is 8-5pm, 40 hours (Mon - Fri). The Person: It is essential that you are an apprentice-trained, fully qualified A/C engineer, with F-Gas Cat 1. Experience of fault finding and maintenance of VRV\'s and VRF\'s is essential. The Salary: Basic salary is £42,000 - £45,000 + Brand New Ford Transit Connect + OT + 25 days holiday and a standard pension. 30 Minutes at beginning of the day in your own time but then alL travel after that is paid at 1.5X Your work vehicle is a Premium van which you can use for private use outside of work however you will pay for your own personal mileage)
