The Company:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c. £100m
The Role:
Working across North London, Hertfordshire, Essex and Central London, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (VRV's, VRF's, cassettes and splits) including compressor changes and also carrying out small installations. Clients will include commercial office space, data centres and gyms.
The Person:
It is essential that you are an experienced air-conditioning engineer with F Gas Cat 1.
The Salary:
- DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL - travel time is mostly paid at 1.5
- Basic for 40 hours £22.49 / hour - £46,779
- 23 days holiday + 4%/4% pension
- O/T rates of x 1.5 (£33.74) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (£44.98) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.
- Company van and fuel card - no private use.
- 50 hours per week including travel equates to £64,323.80 as all travel is paid.
