Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies, T/O c£100m, who design, install and maintain commercial M&E services.
PPM / General Maintenance Operative - Commercial FM covering in and around Manchester. Up to £17.55 per hour plus OT at x 1.5 & x 2 + Paid Travel at 1.5.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Organise and deliver electrical and mechanical PPM, in-line with an agreed planner - emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, water temperature checks, filter changes.
- Ensure PPM compliance is maintained, and all certification and frequencies are met in-line with the planner.
- Deliver great customer service and maintain an excellent working relationship with the clients.
- Hold a good knowledge of Health & Safety to ensure safe delivery of work.
What We're Looking For:
- A solid all-rounder with experience in commercial FM or building maintenance.
- An Electrical or Mechanical Commercial qualification (it doesn't matter if you are not fully qualified).
- UK driving licence holder & eligible to work in the UK.
