An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and outgoing Door-to-Door Brand Ambassador to join a growing and well-established business within the food delivery sector. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and delivering excellent customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers in residential areas to promote products and services
- Build rapport quickly and confidently with members of the public
- Clearly explain the benefits of the service and answer customer questions
- Handle objections professionally and positively
- Accurately gather customer details and order information
- Work closely with management to target designated canvassing areas
- Represent the business professionally at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand standards
