Our client is a respected UK specialist in the supply, installation and maintenance of industrial doors. With over four decades of expertise, they partner with some of the nation’s biggest names — including Morrisons, Jaguar Land Rover, Aston Martin, Audi, Arla Foods, BMW, the Ministry of Defence, GSK and many more. Now, due to exciting growth, they’re looking to expand their highly skilled engineering team in the Nottingham region.
The Role
As an Industrial Door Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the installation, servicing and reactive maintenance of a wide range of industrial door systems, including:
- Sectional Doors & Roller Shutters
- High Speed Doors
- Loading Bay Equipment (including Dock Levellers)
You’ll join a supportive team with a clear pathway for progression — many of the company’s managers and directors began their careers “on the tools”, so your development is genuinely encouraged.
About You
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience servicing and maintaining industrial doors
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Are physically capable of manual work and lifting
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have a CSCS card and IPAF certification
Salary & Benefits
- £19 per hour (40 hrs/week) – £39,520 basic
- Door-to-door travel pay
- Overtime:
- 40–50 hrs @ x1.25
- 50–60 hrs @ x1.5
