We are working with a highly respected and successful UK food manufacturer who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Production Manager to join its North West manufacturing operation.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, you will take responsibility for leading production operations, ensuring the delivery of safety, quality, service, cost and people objectives.
As a key member of the senior management team, you will have significant responsibility for production performance, financial management, continuous improvement and the development of high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and develop production teams, including Shift Supervisors and Team Leaders, creating a positive, high-performance culture.
· Take ownership of production budgets, labour costs, manufacturing costs and operational expenditure.
· Drive improvements across key performance indicators, including OEE, productivity, waste, yield, efficiency and cost per unit.
· Develop and implement production strategies aligned with wider business objectives.
· Identify and deliver cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
