We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable Farm Auditor to support and enhance a leading farm audit programme within a high-performing agricultural business. In this pivotal role, you'll be the guardian of welfare, quality, and compliance standards across a trusted network of egg producers. You'll help deliver excellence in laying hen welfare, biosecurity, and egg quality while supporting long-term relationships with producers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular on-farm audits against Lion Code, RSPCA Assured, and customer standards
- Advising producers on bird health, welfare, sustainability, and compliance issues
- Using data platforms to manage supply forecasting and flock performance
- Supporting the onboarding of new producers and guiding them to meet required standards
- Working closely with operations, technical, and transport teams to improve supply chain performance
- Maintaining thorough and accurate audit records and reports
- Representing the business at industry events and stakeholder meetings
About You:
- Experience in poultry, animal welfare, or farm auditing
- Excellent knowledge of UK welfare standards and assurance schemes
- Personable, proactive, and confident communicator
- Competent with data and digital tools
- Full UK driving licence
