An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Factory Manager to join a well-established and growing food manufacturing business in Hull. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving operational performance, leading large teams, and delivering continuous improvement across a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will play a key role in shaping departmental strategy, leading change initiatives, and delivering measurable improvements in KPIs, safety, quality, and cost.

As a senior leader within the business, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop large operational teams to deliver departmental objectives
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and engagement
  • Deliver sustained KPI improvements across productivity, yield, and efficiency

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
