Are you an experienced Supply Chain & Planning Manager looking to join a fast-paced manufacturing business where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a driven and highly capable Supply Chain & Planning Manager to lead planning and supply chain operations within a successful manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness and the energy to drive continuous improvement across the planning and supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Planning and Supply Chain team
- Manage production planning to ensure customer requirements are met
- Oversee inventory management, logistics coordination and stock control
- Support purchasing activities for raw materials and packaging
- Produce and analyse KPI reports to drive performance improvements
- Work closely with Production, Logistics, Purchasing and Customer Service teams
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, planning processes and supply chain performance
About You
- Minimum 5 years' planning and supply chain experience within manufacturing
- FMCG experience, ideally within food manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Able to remain focused and effective in a busy, fast-moving environment
