HR Advisor – East Riding Location: East Riding Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum Are you a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a resilient and approachable HR Advisor to join their team at a large, multi-site operation in East Riding. With around 1,000 employees (and even more during peak periods), this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across the business. Reporting into the HR Manager you will lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback tools, conduct return-to-work interviews and manage absence tracking, provide generalist HR support across the site, advising managers and employees. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable being out on the shop floor, building relationships and understanding the operational heartbeat. Ideally, you’ve progressed through the ranks and bring practical, real-world HR experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential – you’ll be approachable, empathetic and confident.
