We are currently supporting a well-established manufacturing and distribution business in South Yorkshire who are looking to appoint a talented Fulfilment Manager to take a key leadership role within their operations.
This role is the heartbeat of the order journey – overseeing the full fulfilment process from stock management, through to picking, packing, and dispatch of product.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a large, multi-shift team of around 100 colleagues.
* Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and dispatched on time.
* Maintain a positive and engaged working culture across the fulfilment team.
* Oversee stock and warehouse management systems, ensuring best practice.
* Monitor performance through KPIs and use data to drive improvements.
* Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
* Experienced leader with a proven background in fulfilment, warehouse, or logistics management.
* Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop large operational teams.
