The Company: A global FM and property management company. The Role: You will be responsible for the maintenance of a healthcare facility in Edinburgh. You will carry out general building fabric maintenance, basic plumbing and general site PPM\’s (tap temperatures, emergency light tests). You will also be required to paint and repair any cosmetic issues on site (walls / skirting boards / doors). The Person: It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and have a good all round knowledge of building services maintenance. The part time hours are flexible to suit a persons availability up to 24 hours , Days and hours are also flexible. The Salary: Salary is up to £33,000 Pro Rata (£15.87 per hour) + OT + 25 days holiday pro rata and 3%/5% pension
