The Role - As a maintenance contact manager, you will manage a team of mobile heating, air-conditioning and electrical maintenance engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance for gyms, offices and high end residential (common areas only) clients - your portfolio will be a value of up to c 1.5m and the contracts will be based in Yorkshire.
You will manage the engineers / clients on a daily basis and ensure service delivery standards (SLA s and KPI s) are met.
