We’re recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a growing FM division (£20m turnover) backed by a larger construction group and led by a new, growth-focused MD.

You’ll manage a £1m+ portfolio of PPM and reactive maintenance contracts across commercial, education, and high-end residential sites in Birmingham.

The Role

  • Manage operational delivery of PPM & reactive works
  • Oversee engineers (5 direct) and subcontractors
  • Ensure KPI/SLA performance and compliance
  • Full commercial involvement (WIP, cost control, margins, EBITDA)
  • Build strong client relationships and support
