Role Overview
As a mobile maintenance engineer you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services across various commercial buildings in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct planned maintenance (PPM) of electrical services.
- Respond to reactive service calls and perform maintenance on electrical building services.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements
- Fully‑qualified electrician.
- Experience in a client‑facing maintenance role.
- Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: up to £45k‑£50k depending on experience.
- 40‑hour week, 1 in 8 call‑out rota.
- 30 minutes travel each way unpaid; further travel paid and includes private use of van.
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- 3%/5% pension scheme.
- Standby allowance: £150 per shift.
