As part of the onsite technical services team, you’ll carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the building fabric — helping ensure safety, compliance, and comfort in a clinical environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive tasks across the site * Perform minor plumbing repairs, furniture fixes, carpentry, and general joinery * Complete painting, decorating, and basic finishes to a high standard * Respond quickly to fabric-related service requests while maintaining health & safety compliance * Communicate effectively with onsite teams and clients, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Candidate Requirements * Proven experience in a building fabric maintenance role, ideally within healthcare, education, or commercial settings * Skilled in general plumbing, painting, decorating, carpentry, and repairs * Confident working in a client-facing environment with professional conduct * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised * Familiarity with compliance and health & safety protocols is beneficial Package & Benefits * £30,000 base salary * Paid overtime available * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Employer pension contribution (5%) * Long-term stability with genuine career advancement routes * Supportive working culture focused on staff retention and progression
