Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead one of their key production areas at their West Yorkshire manufacturing site.

The Role
Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of production, ensuring safety, quality, service and cost targets are consistently achieved.
You will lead by example, developing and motivating your team while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. Working closely with Engineering, Technical, Planning and Supply Chain, you will ensure production plans are delivered efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop production teams to deliver outstanding operational performance.
Deliver KPI targets across safety, quality, output, labour efficiency and customer service.
Manage production costs, labour utilisation and waste reduction initiatives.
