The Company: A UK based FM company who deliver 24/7/365 maintenance throughout the UK supported by our regional office network. We deliver engineering excellence across a wide range of buildings – from hospitality venues, grocers, health care, educational establishments, Government buildings and commercial properties.
The Role: As a mobile Commercial Gas engineer you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant and associated mechanical services including AHUs, FCUs, expansion vessels across various commercial buildings covering in and around Birmingham. You will be predominantly working on commercial heating plant although you will still be required to carry out general PPMs.
The person: It is essential that you are an experienced heating engineer, having worked in a commercial maintenance capacity and have current commercial gas tickets.
Salary: Salary £48k - £55k depending on experience, 30 minutes travel each way unpaid, but then any travel after that is paid, private use of van, 21 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension. Call out rota is 1 in 8 - Standby allowance is £150, 40 hour week OT rates of x1.5 and x2.
