Following continued investment and increasing customer demand, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving performance across a busy and well-established manufacturing site.Salary up to £48,000Attractive 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Early & Back Shift Rotation) offering excellent work-life balanceJoin a respected and expanding food manufacturing businessOpportunity to make a real impact within a key leadership roleSupportive environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement and employee developmentThe OpportunityAs Production Manager, you'll lead and inspire a shift-based production team, ensuring safety, quality, service, and efficiency targets are consistently achieved.You'll be at the heart of the operation, driving performance, developing talent, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity across the factory floor.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop a high-performing production teamDeliver operational targets across safety, quality, cost and serviceDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wasteEnsure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standardsMonitor and analyse KPIs, implementing corrective actions where requiredManage labour planning to meet production demands effectivelyCoach and support Supervisors and Team Leaders to maximise team performancePromote a positive, engaged and accountable team cultureAbout YouWe're keen to speak with ambitious production leaders who can bring energy, drive and strong people management skills to the role.Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Manager, Shift Supervisor or Production ManagerExperience within food manufacturing or a similar fast-paced production environmentStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesA good understanding of food safety, quality and operational compliance standardsA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementThe ability to thrive in a KPI-driven manufacturing environmentApply TodayThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that values its people, invests in its operations, and offers genuine opportunities to make a difference.
