North West based. You will rarely if ever work away. Installation of commercial A/C equipment including VRF's / VRV's for projects from £20k to £1m in sectors including Manufacturing, Process, Leisure, Healthcare, Facilities Management, Power, Aviation, Construction on Industrial, Commercial and residential sites. Basic salary of £40,00 to £45,000 depending on experience Over the last 3 years, this role has consistently earned a salary (including OT) of between £65,000 and £70,000. Paid travel – door to door 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday Top of the range van (private use allowed) Overtime x1.5 and x2 25 days holiday Laptop / phone Pension – St. James Place (good average returns 12% – 16%) Sick Pay Prospects: The business is continuing to grow and has doubled in size over the last 2 years (T/O of c£14m) and has been successful in winning framework agreements with public sector and end user clients. You will have the opportunity to progress into the office into a project supervisor / manager role depending on performance. The Person: It is essential that you have experience of carrying out high quality installation of VRF's / VRV's. You will be a fully qualified A/C engineer and take pride in your work
