About the Company
Our client is a leading, global, professional services Recruitment agency, connecting talented professionals with leading organizations. Their Technology division is growing, and they are looking for a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.
The Role
This is a client-facing, 360 Recruitment role. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You’ll specialize in sourcing top tech talent and partnering with businesses to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the technology sector.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
- Identify and attract top tech professionals through proactive networking and market research.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends and market insights.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and account management.
About You
- Minimum 3 years in a 360 Tech Recruitment role within an agency setting.
- Proven success in 360 Recruitment role with strong client-facing experience.
- Deep understanding of the UK Tech Recruitment.
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within technology.
- Strong business development skills and a consultative approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by success.
