This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Services team in the London office of Alantra, a leading international investment bank with a strong European footprint and growing global platform. The role offers early responsibility and direct exposure to senior bankers, clients and investors, working on a broad range of sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates across the Business Services sector. You will be actively involved throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from origination to execution, gaining hands-on experience in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
The position involves significant client and investor interaction, including the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and valuation materials, as well as detailed financial analysis. In addition, you will play an active role in business development initiatives, supporting origination efforts and contributing to the continued growth and expertise of the team. Alantra offers a lean deal team structure, ensuring meaningful responsibility, steep learning curves and strong mentorship from senior professionals.
Role Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience
- Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, ideally from start to finish
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively in small, high-performing teams
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
