Alantra is an independent global financial services firm that provides investment banking and asset management services to mid‐market companies, families, and investors. The Group has over 500 professionals in Europe, the U.S., Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. In Investment Banking, Alantra has completed over 1,000 transactions in the last five years. Alantra combines a strong local presence in key financial centers with global sector- and product‐specialized teams. In Alternative Asset Management, Alantra offers its clients unique access to a wide range of investment strategies in five highly specialized asset management classes (private equity, active funds, private debt, energy, and venture capital). As of 30 September 2025, assets under management from consolidated businesses stood at €2.7bn, while those managed by firms in which the Group holds a strategic stake amounted to €14.2bn.

Alantra is seeking a Marketing VP. Based in London as part of the Global Communications & Marketing team, the VP will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the firm's marketing strategy, supporting business development efforts, and enhancing Alantra's visibility across key markets and channels. This is a highly collaborative, hands‐on role within a flat, entrepreneurial organization, ideal for a strategic thinker with strong initiative who can execute effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated, multi‐channel marketing initiatives aligned with the firm's global Marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Partner with the business development team to translate business goals into actionable marketing priorities.
  • Lead the development of thought leadership content, marketing collateral, and sector insights, supporting campaigns and communications across key markets and channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client and industry events, sponsorship initiatives, and conferences.
  • Manage external service providers where needed to deliver high‐quality outputs on time and within budget.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor marketing effectiveness and business impact.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development, ideally within financial services, investment banking, or professional services.
  • Proven experience to produce high‐quality content and execute impactful marketing initiatives in a fast‐paced, high‐touch environment.
  • Technical & Functional Skills: Strong understanding of investment banking services, client segments, and deal marketing requirements; excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, compelling messaging; skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities; exceptional attention to detail and design sensibility; collaborative and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders; highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously; entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a boutique, team‐oriented culture; fluency in English required, additional European languages a plus.
