Alantra combines a strong local presence in key financial centers with global sector- and product-specialized teams.
This is an opportunity to join the M&A team in the London office of an international mid-market investment bank. The job involves significant interpersonal interaction with both clients and investors in the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial analysis. There is also a business development aspect, with the chance to develop skills both originating business and adding to the team's expertise within the Industrial sector.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- Existing affinity to the Industrial sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience (will be a plus)
- Finance Qualification (ACA, for example)
- Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, from start to finish
- Robust financial and analytical skillset
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team
- A self-starter with a positive outlook and can-do attitude
