Alantra FIG Credit Solutions
Alantra FIG Credit Solutions is the leading boutique advisor on credit transactions, supporting banks, mutuals, fintechs and lending platforms with a range of funding and capital solutions through structured credit and ABS transactions, SRT, partnerships, and whole loan portfolio sales.
The unique approach builds on a deep understanding of the underlying credit assets, market leading analytical capabilities, and deep relationships across the investor and lender industries.
About the Role
Alantra\βs FIG team is looking for an ambitious and driven Vice President to join our growing London or Dublin office. This is a unique opportunity to take a central role in the execution of high-impact transactions across the European financial services sector, while working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
As a VP, you\βll manage multiple live deals, and help shape strategy and execution across a broad range of mandates. You\βll also play an active role in business development, client relationship management, and mentoring more junior team members.
We\βre seeking candidates with strong execution experience, sector knowledge, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Take end-to-end ownership of transaction execution across multiple projects
β’ Act as main day-to-day contact for clients and external advisors
β’ Lead the development of client deliverables with support from junior team members
β’ Ensure rigorous internal compliance and process standards are upheld
β’ Contribute to origination efforts and help identify new commercial opportunities
β’ Actively participate in the recruitment, training and mentoring of junior colleagues
β’ Support the development of strategic initiatives to drive the FIG practice forward
Requirements:
What We\βre Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance, with exposure to FIG
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Excellent project management and written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent financial modelling ability
- Native German or Italian language skills (required)
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and develop others
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the financial services sector
