Job Description:
Alantra FIG Credit Solutions
- The leading independent arranger of credit transactions, supporting banks, mutuals, fintechs, and lending platforms with funding and capital solutions through structured credit, ABS transactions, SRT, partnerships, and whole loan sales.
- Our approach is based on a deep understanding of credit assets, analytical capabilities, and strong relationships within investor and lender industries.
Based in London or Dublin, you will work in an entrepreneurial environment as part of our FIG team, specifically in Credit Solutions.
The day-to-day tasks include:
- Support in executing active mandates: Preparing marketing materials, financial modelling and valuation analysis, reviewing transaction contracts, managing data rooms, etc.
- Marketing initiatives: Conducting market, strategic, and credit profile analyses, supporting senior management with client engagement.
Associates will have exposure to senior staff and direct client contact where possible.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a rating agency, Big 4 modelling/valuations team, Investment Bank SPG team, or relevant boutique.
- Native or fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Data analysis skills with Python/R or similar preferred.
- Drive, enthusiasm, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience reviewing work of analysts/associates, valuations, and providing training or mentoring.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
